Position Description
The Digital & Analytics Marketing Manager leads and enhances our digital marketing efforts and transform data into actionable insights. This role plays a crucial part in the success of our marketing team, helping us harness the power of data to make informed decisions and drive marketing strategies across all digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media and influencer marketing, content marketing, CRM, email marketing, website management and optimization and all forms of digital advertising.
- Build seamless integrations with other systems within the company’s infrastructure.
- Consistently maintain target audience analysis for focused and effective campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure strategies are well-integrated and optimized for performance and that all client facing systems are working effectively.
- Lead research and implement new digital technologies including AI across all platforms.
- Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to gather, process, and analyze marketing data, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
- Translate data into actionable insights to drive marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Create comprehensive and easily understandable reports and dashboards to communicate data-driven insights to the marketing team and senior management.
- Present findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
- Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks to track the success of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and report on digital marketing performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient campaigns and strategies.
- Provide insights to allocate resources wisely for maximum impact.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals (currently a team of four).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of digital efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Digital & Analytics Manager or a similar role.
- 5+ formal leadership experience.
- Expertise in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with A/B testing, data visualization, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance.
- Certifications in digital marketing, data analytics.
- Experience in Hubspot CRM a plus.
