Senior Campaign Manager (US)
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a portfolio of US brands to produce and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
The Campaign Production team plays a big part in the creation and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns. You will be in charge of overseeing and building teams of Campaign Managers who lead their own teams , Producers and Coordinators that execute campaigns from start to finish, through development, pre-production and post-production stages, to drive a timely delivery of campaigns and ensure the highest possible standard for our clients.
You must have a strong understanding of the influencer landscape, management of a team, campaign management experience, a track record of strong negotiation skills, project management and be excited to work in a rapidly scaling agency.
We are looking for someone who can work on Eastern Standard Time.
The Role:
First and foremost, we want someone who loves creative content and has experience working within the Creator Economy. You have many years of experience working with brand clients, influencers and/or performance marketing. You are passionate about the influencer industry and are looking to grow within a rapid scaling agency team and you are a confident manager of your team. You have a deep knowledge of global creators and social media platforms, as well as experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
The Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a growing Campaign Production Team, capable of coordinating production across multiple US clients
- Have weekly check-ins with your team members, review their progress and future at the company by doing OKRs or performance reviews
- Be responsible for the success of our campaigns by problem solving and supporting the wider team
- Has a strong knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape and can input on campaign workflow and execution on various platforms such as Youtube, Instagram, TikTok etc
- Track and monitor campaign costs and results
- Source and reach out to appropriate creators tailored to each campaign
- Has experience / is comfortable with providing guidance on creator contracts
- Manage production and campaign administration e.g. contracts and agreements, invoices, travel and booking accommodation, etc.
- Oversee budgets to help scale new and existing campaigns
- Work closely with our Client Services team to understand our clients needs and forecast, plan headcount for and with the Campaign Production Team
- Fully engage in the company culture and think about the future of Digital Voices

The Must-Haves:
- A strong understanding of the Creator Economy and influencer campaigns
- Min 3+ years of experience of working on influencer-led campaigns with global brands and with Clients in an agency environment
- Experience working with partners and clients in the US
- At least a year of line-management experience
- Strong email etiquette
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Impressive organisational skills
- Confidence to work independently and on fast-paced campaigns
- Empathy and enthusiasm for large global clients, with a problem-solving brain that is quick to react to pressure if something doesn’t go to plan
- Confident with key Google Drive softwares
- A reactive and analytical mind, who is confident to suggest considered improvements to processes

- Experience in a high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment
- Speaks additional languages
- Strong experience with influencer contracts
- Strong knowledge of paid media
- Have a network of connections across their creator and talent management connections who can benefit from working with us
