Position Summary:

Boveda Inc. is seeking an International E-Commerce Marketplace Associate to join our team. This hybrid role supports the Sr. Manager of Marketplaces to perform tasks such as content review and editing, managing feed files, managing seller support cases, and problem resolution through communication with platform support. The primary day-to-day focus is to complete international listing optimization projects and oversee seller support cases to enhance the overall global presence throughout 3rd party marketplaces, such as Amazon EU, Amazon JP, Rakuten, Mercado Libre, Cdiscount, Kaufland and more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of international marketplace marketing and operations activities on Amazon EU, Amazon JP, Rakuten, Cdiscount, Kaufland, etc.
  • Perform Amazon FBA international inventory management support
  • Create, maintain and optimize product listings, including appropriate category selection, keyword optimization and uploading product images
  • Build and edit flat files to update product listings
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for seller support case management, including submitting and responding to cases on behalf of the brand and product listings
  • Track, manage and analyze product listing traffic, impressions, conversion rate, active listings, and revenue
  • Monitor post-sale customer experience KPI metrics
  • Monitor and report on the overall sentiment with product reviews, including tracking changes over time, reporting on competitors
  • Act as the expert on all marketplace marketing and merchandising levers offered to third-party sellers
  • Work cross-functionally with Logistics, Inventory, Sales and Marketing

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in retail, direct-to-consumer or wholesale businesses
  • Experience with direct E-Commerce and selling on Amazon Seller Central
  • Proven experience in best practices for selling on Amazon
  • Experience with E-Commerce software/services (DAM, PIM, 3rd party marketplace integration tools)
  • Proven experience leveraging a consumer brand to generate rapid online growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter, and as part of a team
  • Ability to offer solutions to problems that arise
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or other relevant area
