Gap International is seeking a talented and dynamic writer to join our team. In this role, you are first and foremost a great storyteller who brings creativity to their work. You will play a crucial role in creating compelling and impactful written content that communicates complex business concepts, strategies, and insights to both internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to distill intricate ideas into clear, engaging, and persuasive narratives will be instrumental in enhancing Gap International's thought leadership and market presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality written content, including client impact stories, thought leadership pieces, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and communication teams to integrate written content with visual elements for maximum impact. Collaborate with consultants and project teams to capture and communicate the essence of client success stories and transformative outcomes.
  • Content Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of Gap International's content strategy, identifying key themes, topics, and formats that resonate with the target audience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a business writer, content creator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published work.
  • Solid understanding of business concepts, organizational development, and management principles.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor content to various audiences and formats.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and content management systems. Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
  • Strong research skills to gather information and insights from various sources.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
