What You Do
The role of the Performance Strategist, Influencer Marketing is to build best-in-class measurement
strategies in areas surrounding influencer and affiliate marketing. Through individual contribution,
you will develop strategic campaigns and channel reports to drive client benefit in all influencer
marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Define campaign KPIs based on historic performance for campaign planning and kick-offs
- Onboard influencer and affiliate partners on measurement tools such as Impact Radius
- Generate campaign tagging and link creation for cross-channel and partner campaigns
- Develop and maintain weekly measurement trackers across various clients or lines of business
- Create benchmarks associated with campaign reporting defined by business needs across campaigns, channels and lines of business
- Metric tracking by campaign, channel and influencer in real-time and for campaign wrap-ups
- Develop strategic quantitative insights for campaign, weekly, and quarterly reports based on trends, performance and campaign inputs
- Relationship management with CreatorIQ and Impact Radius
- Help maintain data inputs and files for measurement and CRM influencer tools, including troubleshooting data discrepancies
- Manage user sheets for provisioning and deprovisioning access to influencer marketing tools
- Maintain expertise of best practice for use of influencer content across various owned, earned and paid marketing channels
- Leverage analytical insights and data to enhance campaign executions and optimize content opportunities
- Engage internal communications, partnership and creative/production stakeholders
- Support development of POVs across channels for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications For The Role
- 2-4 years experience in influencer marketing field, including responsibility for both strategy
and execution
- Expert in Microsoft Excel
- Possess knowledge of influencer strategy, social channel expertise and complete Microsoft
Office Suite
- Experience with various influencer and affiliate reporting platforms (ImpactRadius,
CreatorIQ, Sideqik, Captiv8 and web analytics)
- Experience with influencer permissions and UX across all social channels
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative working style.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and provide thought leadership and strategy
- Highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented and accountable for results
- Experience managing outside vendors and platform partners
- Experience working with a variety of digital content management systems
