Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with key clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and strategic business objectives, driving growth
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure a 5-star client experience supporting our client services team in delivering disruptive, business-building work of high quality within budget and on time
• Own crucial account metrics such as revenue growth, and profitability
• Develop effective strategies to maximize account potential including growth to new business lines, groups and geographies
• Lead the development of client proposals, including strategic direction, pricing, and creative concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Strategy, Production, and Paid Media, within Viral Nation Group.
• Align with client objectives to design best-in-class social campaigns
• Lead new business pitches and proposals, leveraging existing client relationships and industry knowledge to secure new opportunities.
• Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies.
• Share insights and knowledge with the team to drive innovation and foster growth. Indirectly oversee several supporting team members from different capabilities as well as external partners for each project
• KPIs - Revenue Growth of Accounts, Retention of Clients
• Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the position

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years of client services leadership - ideally with a media, digital, social/influencer agency
• Proven track record of developing, maintaining and growing strong relationships with key clients to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and strategic business objectives.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure client experience is 5-star — delivering high-quality disruptive work on time and on budget.
• Monitor key account metrics, such as client satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability, and develop effective strategies to address any issues and maximize account potential
• Oversee the development of existing client growth opportunities, including strategic direction, pricing, and creative concepts.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client campaigns, managing resources and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Value Based Selling - understand that growth is important and continuously providing value and insight to the clients
• Strong understanding of how business’ are measuring their marketing spends
