Social Media Content Creator

We’re looking for someone to work closely with our team and to grow along with our quickly expanding law firm! The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a passion for content, and the ability to ensure social media posts are on-brand and published on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain social media editorial calendar for primary accounts: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Coordinate content planning and development with content creators, copywriters, and designers.
• Support content creator with additional photography and content design needs, including social video editing, event photography and post creation for social media channels.
• Facilitate handoff of content deliverables to appropriate reviewers.
• Help maintain content deliverables and timelines using task management system; and keep leadership informed on progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and potential threats.
• Monitor content performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Communicates clearly and consistently with internal team on issues surrounding content quality, project status, and other concerns as required.
• Travel requirement: 20-30%

Qualifications:

• Must have strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Must be proficient in Spanish to comfortably edit content in Spanish
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multi-channel social media calendars.
• Experience creating (shooting & editing) photo and video content for social media, including TikTok.
• Must have expertise in social media channel best practices and familiarity with their different content types.
• Must be a collaborative contributor that brings forth new ideas, perspective, and analyses.
