Why join us: The Creators Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our company and the creator community in Los Angeles. The primary goal of this position is to enhance and fortify our relationship with the creator community, facilitating their engagement through events, activations, and collaborations. This role aims to bring creators closer to our company, ensuring they feel valued and aligned with our mission.

What you’ll do:

  • Engage in comprehensive creator research and proactively reach out to creators who align with our brand values and objectives.
  • Assist the Creator team to vet potential creators, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new creators, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and oversee the content produced by creators, ensuring it maintains our brand's quality and message consistency. Maintain active communication with creators to provide feedback and guidance.
  • Organize and curate activation events, workshops, and meet-ups specifically designed for our creator community.
  • Act as a point of contact in any conflicts between creators and businesses.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with creators through various channels, including Intercom. Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, development, and other teams to ensure a holistic support system for creators. Coordinate initiatives and campaigns to maximize creator success and brand growth.
  • Regularly gather feedback from the creator community. Analyze data and feedback to identify trends, potential areas of improvement, and opportunities for growth and enhancement.

Preferred Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of creator and influencer management or marketing and PR experience liaising with creators and managing partnerships
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed growth and retention goals
  • Ability to build trust with Creators at all levels
  • Projects a positive, professional and supportive outward image, and exercising good judgment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Exercises good judgment and projects a positive, professional, and supportive attitude
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
