Job Description
Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking the Senior Manager, Digital Product Marketing. As the Senior Manager, Digital Product Marketing & Strategy at Factor, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our digital growth roadmap and initiatives in the short, medium, and long term. Your focus will extend from web and app experiences to mobile interfaces, emphasizing a seamless customer journey. You will be the digital initiative lead with the business perspective and you will collaborate with digital product counterparts on the tech team to influence the roadmap.
In this capacity, you will lead digital initiatives from the business perspective and work closely with digital product counterparts on the tech team to align Factor's roadmap with broader corporate goals. Leveraging resources and data analytics, you will craft compelling business cases for top priorities, aiding your digital product counterparts in their development and implementation decisions.
Your focus will span a range of digital strategies, including but not limited to:
- User experience enhancements: Continuously evolve the digital experience to boost customer retention and engagement.
- Features for meal selection: Work on digital initiatives that make meal choice easier and more personalized for the customer.
You will be responsible for translating the needs of the business to our tech team while reciprocally communicating tech successes, roadblocks, and results back to the business unit. Your role will be enriched by a deep understanding of digital features that can enhance customer experiences and will require you to glean insights from across industries to apply best practices to Factor.
In this role, you'll be leading the business through the testing and implementation phases of new digital features, closely monitoring their performance to achieve both revenue growth and optimal customer experience. Through your leadership, you'll ensure that the digital facets of Factor are not just functional but also aligned with our goal to help people achieve real, tangible health benefits.

- Serve as the primary liaison between the digital and physical product teams, ensuring effective communication and integration of business needs into the digital roadmap
- Create and own the business digital initiative roadmap and strategy from ideation to partnering on execution
- Generate concepts for the future, long term Factor menu based on market trends and the meal category preferences
- Partner with internal data resources and ideate solutions to fill customer needs and drive incremental growth through new solutions
- Create in-depth business cases for digital-focused strategic initiatives with financial and organizational rigor and partner with tech stakeholders to include on roadmap
- Collaborate closely with tech counterparts to ideate, manage and implement A/B tests for new features
- Develop test plans and KPIs that assess feature success. Perform post-launch reviews on to determine launch success and future iterations needed to improve performance
- Analyze success of existing features and leverage insights for future improvements
- Regularly summarize and report out findings from tests and launches to leverage for strategic business decisions
- Liaise between Physical Product, Brand, Operations, Procurement, Nutrition, Tech, Customer Care and Legal to provide recommendations for user experience enhancements and ensure digital product has the necessary resources, parameters and support to succeed
- Stay on top of competitor and market trends, develop regular reports to inform strategy
- Be an expert in both the physical and digital aspects of Factor’s digital product to effectively champion business priorities, leveraging a deep understanding of senior leadership priorities to deliver key insights
