Job Summary:
Reef is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the eCommerce team to support the department across its functions. This person should be highly organized, have a growth mindset, adaptable to change and fast-paced environments and a curiosity that drives you to constantly learn and innovate. This is an opportunity to gain valuable insight and exposure into the various roles, responsibilities and functions that drive a successful Direct-to-Consumer business. This role will report to the Digital Marketing Director but will support the full team.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The position will be required to work a hybrid schedule meaning 3 days in-office and the remaining workdays remotely.
Job Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Support:
- Support channel specific promo-based activations– create, test, monitor and track promo codes and merchandising
- Derive marketplace insights to share back with the team– audit, collect and maintain documentation of marketplace messaging
- Drive creative process efficiencies– assist in quick-turn content edits such as adding text, trimming or resizing images and videos for digital activation
- Preview/proof go live content with the eye of the customer– ensure messaging is accurate and the customer journey is frictionless
- Familiarize yourself with our digital asset management, uploading and tagging external content as needed in a systematic way
- Support influencer and content marketing efforts as needed in responsibilities such as coordinating product reviews, reviewing incoming content, sending product, tracking 1st part metrics, and maintaining lookbooks/briefs
- Monitor paid/live content for customer outreach, responding and managing as needed
- Site / Product Data / Ops Support:
- Support the team as it relates to project management, keeping us prepared and organized and optimizing the experience and use of Monday.com as needs change
- Scheduling and prepare team meetings and external visits as needed
- Manage inbound messages from vendors and creator applications. Vet and present potential new vendor opportunities as well as reviewing and redirecting creator applications
- Manage and execute cross-functional information requestsManage vendor payment documents and PO creation tasks
- Manage external onboarding–maintain vendor and creator documentation and payment in coordination with Finance & Legal
- Collaborate with marketing team to coordinate product samples for PDP / site photography needs
- Support Ecommerce Specialist in seasonal launch process by gathering necessary set up data
- Additional duties, as assigned.
Required Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar.
Required Years' Experience:
- 1-year professional experience, preferably in a role supporting eCommerce/Marketing functions
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Able to manage a high-volume of requests, while meeting project deadlines and demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
- Detail oriented with excellent organization skills, demonstrates resourcefulness and a strong collaborative spirit
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment; Willing and able to assume new responsibilities as needed to support the team
- Adept at managing time efficiently, successfully handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with ease
- Content editing experience and understanding of formatting required digital channels, a plus.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Must be able to carry, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Compensation:
- The hourly range for this position is $28.85 - $30.29 per hour. (Annualized equivalent of $60,000-$63,000.)
- The final offer amount will be determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, and impacted area, and may vary from the amount above. This range also does not represent additional compensation benefits.
