Head of International Growth and Marketing

They're seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of International Growth and Marketing to oversee the ideation and execution of growth marketing initiatives across revenue-driving projects and channels, including offers, product launches, creative development, landing page development, paid media, owned media, influencer, affiliate, SEO, website, and more. You will be responsible for managing our client's presence and impact on various media platforms beyond the US market.

What You'll Do
- Understand high-level business KPI targets (revenue, media efficiency ratio, acquisition media efficiency ratio, customer acquisition costs, returning customer rates/LTV, contribution margin, etc.) and optimize growth marketing tactics and channels against these KPIs. Be able to connect channel KPIs to blended KPIs.
- Create growth marketing strategies to achieve revenue and efficiency goals across all revenue driving channels and initiatives.
- Managing growth budget across media spend for all channels internationally while making educated decisions on when and how much to spend and why.
- Manage projects across the following revenue driving channels: paid media, owned media (email/SMS), loyalty/referral programs, influencer, affiliate, SEO, website, creative, and more.
- Manage team members focused on the specific channels mentioned above. This role will be 80% thinking and 20% doing. You must be able to delegate and manage effectively.
- Manage internal and external agency/freelance teams, contributing to growth marketing functions. Contribute to the hiring and building out of the internal growth marketing team.
- Work closely with Finance and Ops with a keen focus on EBITDA and contribution margins.
- Collaborate with non-growth-marketing teams on cross-functional projects, such as sales and new product drops. Teams include operations, finance, inventory, etc.
What You Need
- Proven experience leading growth strategies for 8-9 figure per year brands, preferably in working with European brands.
- A compelling list of case studies showing top-line revenue and efficiency growth for brands you have done growth marketing work for.
- A balance of creative and analytical skills. Ability to ideate and execute creative growth strategies and tactics, and create data-driven reports to show how successful these tactics are.
- Experienced managing growth marketing teams, including media buyers, designers, video editors, affiliate marketers, influencer marketers, SEO marketers, CRO/website marketers, retention marketers, etc.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional ability to prioritize projects.
- Deep understanding of the most important metrics to focus on as it relates to e-commerce business growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing both in-house and external teams.

- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST, CST
