Influencer Communications Manager
As part of the Disney Experiences (DX) Global PR team, the Influencer Communications Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and growing relationships within the influencer community. This role is part of a specialized bi-coastal team that works closely with partners across the segment to elevate stories among key advocates and content creators.

Responsibilities:
- Source, build and maintain the team’s network of influencers, including researching and evaluating new creator contacts.
- Own the creator database and update with relevant information, including content performance, audience targets and collaboration history.
- Develop and recommend strategies to continually expand, diversify and engage creator network to reach new, relevant audiences.
- Identify influencers for potential engagement opportunities, evaluating authenticity, reputation, content quality, engagement metrics and alignment with Disney’s brand.
- Establish reporting standards and critical metric measurements for influencer engagement and analyze campaign data/metrics to provide valuable insights.
- Be responsible for campaign management tools, platforms, resources/vendors; ensure team is up to date on latest offerings.
- Follow emerging social media features/trends and share platform-specific programming and content opportunities with broader team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field; or relevant experience.
- At least 4 years of confirmed experience in communications/public relations and/or influencer marketing.
- Excellent writing and storytelling, presentation, and research skills, with an ability to optimally communicate to different audiences.
- Experience identifying emerging issues and developing communication strategies to mitigate.
- A creative and analytical approach with a unique personal and professional perspective.
- A teamoriented individual who loves working collaboratively on projects and isn’t afraid to share “blue sky” ideas.
- Experience monitoring communications programs and using data to advise strategy.
- Flexible, organized and can prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, while paying close attention to detail.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $97,100.00-$130,200.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
