Overall Purpose
This position is responsible for driving key strategic accounts’ product and purchasing objectives, meeting with and establishing C-suite relationships and aligning solutions to meet customer needs. Cultivates and protects existing revenue streams, while identifying key strategies for growth and retention. Collaborates with key internal leads to promote and plan the sales new products to an assigned portfolio of strategic accounts. Partner closely with Sales Enablement leader to ensure a results-focused approach to customer success and satisfaction.
Essential Functions
- Act as the key lead account strategist in promoting and selling all products and solutions across customer executive teams and business units.
- Responsible for managing assigned strategic account portfolio, growth and retention of the overall revenue stream including identifying revenue risk within the portfolio.
- Provide internal leaders with value summaries, product usage reviews, upcoming product enhancements and overall company product roadmap. As appropriate, develop and provide account reviews and other relationship meetings.
- Provide leadership to an assigned strategic client success team focused on delivering best in class customer sales, support and service.
- Serve as strategic business leader for customers, providing connections to resources such as: billing, customer service, issue escalation and vendor management requests.
- Utilize strong understanding of customer strategy and organizational structure to develop and articulate value proposition around using company products, ensure continued product usage and identify additional opportunities for growth.
- Ensure that Salesforce.com is kept updated and current for all opportunities, contacts, projects and legal efforts within the assigned portfolio.
- Conduct regular account status updates with executive management.
- Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or other related field.
- 15 or more years or related experience.
- Demonstrated experience selling to financial institutions (top 20).
- Strong demonstrated sales experience with technology solutions focused on payments, fraud and risk-based, with a primary focus on revenue delivery in the financial services sector.
- Strong consultative, conceptual and strategic selling skills.
- Ability to work as a key member of a team-based selling organization, providing leadership and mentoring to less-experienced members of the team.
- Ability to use a structured sales methodology.
- Aptitude in reading financial statements and quarterly reports to understand the dynamics of a business.
- High degree of professionalism and proven ability to interact with C-level executives at top-tier banks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent active listening skills.
- Able to travel up to 50%.
- Background and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recognized industry influencer, with proven experience in speaking engagements and industry forum participation
- Proficient use of Salesforce.com
- Additional related education and/or experience preferred

Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. The Pay Scale For This Position In
Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $155,000 - $175,000.
New York, NY in USD per year is: $170,000 - $190,000
San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $170,000 - $190,000.
Remote in USD per year is: $155,000 - $190,000, but will vary dependent on geographic location.
