Marketing Assistant

Role

Dolce Vita is hiring a marketing assistant to join the team. This is a hybrid role and will report into the Marketing Manager & Marketing Director. We are looking for someone:

Responsibilities

Wholesale/International

  • Responsible for working with Marketing & Influencer team to strategize quarterly campaigns.
  • Assist with pulling data & creating recap decks for wholesale campaigns.
  • Assist Influencer team with all co-op related outreach & gifting.
  • Assist with planning for any wholesale events.
  • Source items needed for installations and/or branded displays within store(s).
  • Manage pulling & distributing campaign imagery to major accounts & key boutiques as needed.
  • Strategize & execute boutique social giveaways.

Retail

  • Oversee the execution of in-store prints & assets.
  • Assist with scheduling in-store appointments, press pulls, etc.
  • Assist with facilitating in-store gwps & promotions.
  • Conduct weekly audits of the store to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Ensure all supplies needed in-store are stocked.
  • Assist with planning for in-store events/activations.
  • Source items as needed.

Partnerships

  • Conduct research for like-brands & assist with outreach. (ex: City Girls Who Walk, Splits59, Frasier Sterling)
  • Strategize brand partnerships & initiatives.
  • Pitch & assist with media planning (ex: Betches, The Skimm, podcasts, etc)
  • Assist with shipping/returning items for social giveaways.
  • Oversee T&C’s for social giveaways ensuring all legalese is reflected on social & website.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party partners like One Tree Planted & The Trevor Project to ensure we are fully optimizing benefits.

Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $24/hr - $26/hr. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
