Marketing Manager
Overview
Intuit's Consumer Group Digital Activation Team is a part of the Go-to-Market Operations and Technology team within the marketing organization and is responsible for the systems and practices of data enablement and the strategic use of that data across marketing and analytics. This includes digital audiences/personalization across marketing channels, client and server-side data integrations, and web analytics technology for the Consumer Group brands (ie. TurboTax).
The Digital Activation Team is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to work across the organization to drive the data enablement onboarding and data quality that supports digital audiences/insights and optimize the Digital Activation Team’s operational rigor. This role drives critical programs of our data enablement and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to work with multiple stakeholders across engineering, product management, strategy, advertising, legal, analytics and our agency partners to drive consistent end-to-end experiences for our customers and prospects.
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years professional experience in marketing and managing marketing technologies
- Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, and initiative
- Experience with marketing and analytics technologies, including having deep technology knowledge of martech and experience owning the operations of the technology
- Experience with multiple digital marketing channels (i.e. Paid Search, Display, Email, Affiliates, Social and Mobile platforms, as well as Web Properties)
- Experience with Smartsheet a plus
- Required skills include: strong communicator, influencer across teams and various levels and ability to communicate technology to non-technical stakeholders, detail oriented with the ability to see the big picture, team player, excellent teaching and training skills.
How You Will Lead
Data Onboarding and Data Quality E2E Lead:
- Gather & document business requirements for marketing campaign audiences
- Quarterly / in-season planning process - support in vetting through folios to understand which campaigns need new data onboarding
- Coordinate with teams that are requesting new data onboarding to gather all requirements / use cases / timelines
- Support in the process of data onboarding
- Coordination of marketing, analytics & engineering teams to unlock CDP ingestion (i.e. getting all the right people in the room to get PD questions answered, setting up follow up meetings, escalating blocked / at risk areas)
- Support QA / data quality through dashboard monitoring (weekly off-season, daily in-season)
- Monitor data pipelines to ensure accurate and consistent data usage for marketing campaigns and targeting
- Create and maintain DQ monitoring documentation and report to teams regularly. Alert dependent teams when issues arise and drive to solutions.
- Support monthly data enablement tracking of (Mean time to detect, Mean time to resolve, data onboarding cycle time)
- Ensure incident management tracker is up to date, work with DAT team to get all cells updated (root cause, close date, jira ticket documentation)

Digital Activation Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve E2E Digital Activation Team workflows and x-channel internal communications
- Understand the E2E business use cases and share best practices and learnings across channels to help influence campaigns
- Effectively identify critical items that need action and drive them to closure. Balance business needs and technical constraints.
- Partner with stakeholders to define business strategies that leverage existing capabilities and identify gaps for product roadmap consideration.
- Contributes to 1 and 3-year planning
