Position Overview

The Brand Manager will lead the execution of the brand strategies and the go to market plans of our key brands and products. This role has brand equity, analytics, digital, and P&L responsibilities and serves as a key lead for strategy plans, marketing campaigns and support for other related functions.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand planning process and develop robust executional plans with KPIs.
  • Manage the efficiency planning of communications including budget management and production.
  • Increase brand awareness and support the activation of the Brand purpose.
  • Lead development of the in-market execution plans and executes the approved integrated communications plan and digital execution plan with relevant agencies.
  • Robust project management of key activities and launches.
  • Support the development of brand architecture and pricing strategies.
  • Works across functions including design, regulatory, supply, sales, and finance.
  • Drives portfolio analytics and reporting to track performance and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of marketing programs.
  • Supports the implementation of the store-format activation plans or optimizing product assortment and promotional strategy.
  • Works in partnership with sales and R&D teams to deliver brand KPIs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, an MBA a plus but not required.
  • Solid experience in development of strategy for Brand and Brand planning
  • Experience in marketing models beyond traditional TVC advertising (influencer marketing; professional education, digital; etc.)

Competencies

  • Proven leadership skills and experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Very strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Nutrition expertise preferred.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, the duties require the use of the hands to type and the ability to communicate, requires the ability to move about, some duties may occasionally require the ability to lift to 10lbs.
