Your Next Challenge
- Build lasting, inclusive, collaborative, trusting professional relationships with existing and new partners.
- Acquire proficient understanding of core products/solutions and determine partner needs using diligent and effective research and discovery skills including the various industry verticals and competitive landscape of our partners.
- Collaborate with members of the Strategic Development business unit to build an internal network and strengthen your understanding of go-to-market strategy.
- Communicate with other internal teams with the ultimate goal of better supporting and enabling our partners.
- Expand and improve business collaborations by proposing solutions that meet partner needs determined by doing research, asking thoughtful questions, and validating assumptions.
- Demonstrate consistent proactive daily habits that contribute to partner relationships and implement detailed next steps for each renewal/upsell opportunity.
- Implement business strategy across the account base including cross-selling, upselling, and successfully raising pricing or bringing new, fee-based products or features to market.
- Plan, document, and maintain account plans outlining specific targets, contact strategy, critical metrics for success and points of adjustment.
- Consistently deliver required business reports and updates accurately and on time.
- Have a solution-oriented approach when interrogating internal processes to create a feedback loop that improves overall organizational function.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales and/or customer management experience in a SaaS or API integration environment preferred, building partnerships in a systematic, methodological way using a process-driven approach.
- Proven experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM system, and with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent tools.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to engage with various team members across the partnership.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills including via web conferencing.
- Well-developed time management and organization skills with the ability to work efficiently while focusing on top priorities for productive outcomes as aligned with expectations.
- Must be commercially aware and data numerate, using content usage history, partner pricing strategy, revenue numbers, and in-platform user experience to make informed recommendations to partners.
- Competency in Excel and other reporting tools.
- Ability to build a network within each channel partner beyond a single or existing contact and department.
- Ability to proactively communicate and persistently follow up to close business.
$83,600 - $111,500 a year
The starting salary range for this position at the time of posting is USD $83,600 to USD $111,500 per annum. Getty Images has different ranges in different locations within the US, and this range represents the starting base pay range. Actual compensation will depend on factors including but not limited to: qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, certification, business needs, performance, and level of responsibility along with the requirements of the position. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any point in the future. Health Insurance
We provide Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance for you and your family. We partner with Meritain (An Aetna Company), and CVS Caremark to provide you with two options for medical coverage - a POS plan and an HSA-qualified (Health Savings Account) Plan.
