We are seeking a highly skilled content creator to lead and develop best-in-class member communications that promote benefit awareness and drive behavior change. Your passion for test-and-learn experimentation–paired with a bold and consumer-friendly content style–will differentiate Virta in the marketplace and motivate members to start their Virta journey. You’ll create inclusive, personalized, and impactful content that reaches members where they are in their consideration journey. As part of the Growth Marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to reverse diabetes in 100 million lives.

Responsibilities
- Develop content collections that drive behavior change among eligible members, from awareness to consideration to initial commitment.
- Produce differentiated content across the spectrum of metabolic conditions to speak to as many prospective members as possible, effectively enhancing awareness and understanding of Virta’s benefits and health outcomes.
- Manage an annual content calendar and library that leverages a variety of media and channels (email, direct mail, flyers, posters, video, etc.) created as a collaboration between the growth team and our centralized content team.
- Create clear and testable hypotheses based on user behavior, market trends, and more. Effectively tie content roadmap to experimentation plan to achieve quarterly and long-term business goals.
- Fuel our content machine–bring creative ideas to the table and execute rapidly as we test new ways to engage audiences.
90 Day Plan
Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:
- Enhance Virta awareness and nurture streams to support segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Take ownership of the 2024 content calendar and library for scalable growth.
- Create content collections spanning the suite of Virta’s offerings, with a focus on weight loss and type 2 diabetes reversal.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience developing B2C multi-channel content, preferably within digital health
- A strong understanding of the nuances of B2B2C marketing within health care
- Ability to create compelling content that drives behavior change leading to member enrollment
- Experience developing and managing an annual marketing content calendar
- Excellent communication, project management, presentation, and analytical skills with good business acumen (quant/qual)
- Self-motivated and enjoy driving multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
