Solo Stove is seeking an experienced Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our engagement channels around influencers and run our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building profitable relationships with partners and generating millions in sales through affiliate, channel, and influencer marketing.

We are looking for an experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is capable of pivoting priorities quickly, well organized, and has grown an affiliate/influencer marketing program to seven figures. They will report directly to the Sr. Director of Performance Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall paid and organic influencer marketing strategy across all social platforms (i.e. Meta, Tiktok, Youtube, and any emerging platforms).
  • Partner cross functionally with organic social, digital, and paid media agencies to develop sales-focused content to leverage for whitelisting or paid media ads.
  • Will also own the partner sourcing and digital right negotiations with content partners.
  • Drive scale and build brand engagement/affinity through influencer relationship building and partnerships.
  • Own and manage all paid partnerships and campaigns, owning all aspects of the process including: prospecting, contracts, negotiations, talent + content briefing, reporting, and creative delivery
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and digital team on consumer and brand events to ensure key activations are supported through relevant influencer partnerships
  • Establish and manage KPIs and ROI targets and be main owner of Influencer + Affiliate budgeting, as well as regular, reporting schedule on outreach funnel, revenue, and budget spend, tracked daily, weekly and monthly against aggressive growth goals
  • Build robust and impactful influencer mailing lists for product seeding and campaign mailers.
  • Help source and manage VIP and Celebrity partnerships, prospecting for new talent, and build strong relationships on behalf of the brand and founders
  • Utilize influencer analytics platforms and tools to prospect and source helpful insights on trends and influencer landscape with the team
  • Be the main point person for creating best-in-class Influencer and Affiliate strategy and programming.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly analytics providing results that track against KPIs, insights and recommendations or new opportunities to be shared with the executive team
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Social and Digital teams to execute integrated campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels and to ensure that influencer strategy is aligned with brand priorities
  • Be the industry expert and stay up-to-date on trends and technology

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of digital marketing and affiliate/channel/influencer experience
  • A strong and loyal following on social media platforms a plus
  • Proven experience in building affiliate and influencer marketing programs, with a track record of generating 7-figures in sales
  • Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact campaigns and initiatives
  • Experience in working with large user bases (500k+)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of affiliate space and how to optimize partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models
  • Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel, performance marketing KPI's, and profitability levers
  • Must have a proven track record of driving projects from start to finish
  • Passion for innovation, creative problem-solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility & ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Proven track record of generating influencer, affiliate, and channel revenue - preferably at least $1 million+ in revenue
  • Previous experience building and managing profitable affiliate and partnership programs
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
