About you:

You have true passion for and understanding of influencer marketing, emerging digital platforms and how they can be leveraged as part of clients strategies. You have experience with in-house and/or influencer and digital marketing experience for high growth D2C companies. You are able to navigate ambiguity and regular changes to find the right place for influencer marketing moments, creative solutions, and brand moments, even when there is not an obvious path. You are a confident, versatile, solution-oriented person, and you have experience developing influencer strategies, working with influencers of all backgrounds and sizes, and have a deep understanding of the influencer landscape with your finger on the pulse of market trends.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • You will be responsible for maintaining & building relationships with enterprise clients and executive POCs through delivering on campaign goals and managing expectations of campaign status and delivery
  • Once influencer assets are live, you will deliver the content directly to paid media team and work with them on getting it boosted
  • You will lead bi-weekly and weekly check in calls with all influencer clients and be responsible for creating robust agenda
  • Participate in weekly integrated media external clients calls and share high level status update on campaigns
  • Identify or present influencer capabilities for new and/or existing clients
  • Oversee and provide direction on end-end influencer marketing campaigns
  • Partner with clients to deliver strategy and identify areas of growth or opportunity
  • Lead external and internal communication throughout campaigns to communicate updates to clients and ensure team is able to meet deadlines
  • Managing client budgets and negotiating influencer contracts
  • Managing client invoicing as it pertains to campaign scoping and softwares
  • Responsible for collecting w9s and invoices from all influencers and sending it to accounts payable team

This role is best suited for someone who will think outside the box and push boundaries - never accepting the status quo when it comes to influencer programs, brand campaigns or other marketing initiatives with the end goal of giving your clients top of the line influencer programs. Often times there is a quick turnaround time on campaign execution, so you must be able to be agile and have the ability to think strategically and outside the box.

Requirements

  • 5+ more years of experience in the Influencer Marketing space (agency preferable)
  • Must have experience making google slides or powerpoint decks
  • Experience running MULTIPLE influencer campaigns at once, with budgets ranging from $50K to $250K+ from start to finish, including managing approximately 50+ influencers simultaneously across Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and more
  • Confidence in negotiating contracts with influencers to secure best rates and deliverables
  • Expertise in pricing or scoping influencer programs for clients from start to finish
  • Digital fluency - confident in speaking to and educating about the rapidly changing digital landscape, including platforms, technology, and influencer innovations
  • Demonstrate a true passion for and understanding of influencer marketing, emerging digital platforms and how they can be leveraged as part of our clients' strategies
  • Strong relationships with talent representation agencies and other influencer networks
  • A basic understanding of paid media as it pertains to the utilization of influencer content (whitelisting, dark posts, etc)
  • Experience using CreatorIQ (and Lumanu is a plus)

Nice to have

  • Agency experience
  • Experience managing at least 3 influencer campaigns at once
  • Experience designing and implementing team processes and organizational tools
  • Past history of collaboration and strategy building with sales decks or RFP development
