We are looking for an Influencer Influencer Marketing Specialist (Outreach and Moderation Manager) who is passionate about digital trends and content creators relations

This role is full-time and fully remote. This role works async, still you're expected to cover 8 hours and be available every working day between 9 am and 2 pm EST for meetings. We recruit globally despite your location, please select worldwide as location in case you can’t find yours.

Who we are looking for

Required:

  • This position is open for anyone around the globe
  • Overall working experience of 2+ years (creators/influencer marketing background preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience with email marketing is a BIG plus (improving subject lines, understanding the main KPIs like open/reply rate, conversions, etc.)
  • Speak English with full professional proficiency
  • Advanced Excel (Strong analytical skills)

Bonus points:

  • Previous experience of working in a startup
  • Experience with B2C marketing is a plus
  • Experience with creators/influencer outreach services is a plus
  • Experience with creators/influencer outreach services is a plus
  • Understanding what a “brand” and “campaign” are and ability to identify best fit creative talent

Responsibilities

  • Develop outreach strategies to recruit creators through email campaigns, social media, external creator databases, and other acquisition channels
  • Launch outreach campaigns to connect with potential creators and get them interested in Insense platform and specific campaigns to close the structural and tactical gaps in creator supply
  • Communicate with interested creators and support them with the onboarding to Insense platform and application to specific campaigns
  • Monitor and track key metrics to measure the success of creator outreach campaigns and hiring efficiency to ensure retention

Outreach Management

  • Identify structural gaps in creator supply on the marketplace through data analytics and insights from customer success and matching teams
  • Develop acquisition strategies to recruit creators through email campaigns, social media, external creator databases, and other acquisition channels
  • Launch outreach campaigns to connect with potential creators and get them interested in Insense platform and specific campaigns to close the structural and tactical gaps in creator supply
  • Communicate with interested creators and support them with the onboarding to Insense platform and application to specific campaigns.
  • Monitor and track key metrics to measure the success of acquisition campaigns and develop future strategies
  • Working closely with outreach freelances, controlling the quality and processes they use to do the outreach, coaching them, and monitoring their performance
  • Identify main bottlenecks in acquisition processes and work on resolutions - bringing fresh ideas to the table to improve outreach results, test various messages and templates, explore new databases and tools, provide feedback to the product team about onboarding, provide feedback to the matching team about pricing, etc.

Moderating new creators

  • Review social media profiles and portfolios of “new to the platform” creators and approve/decline applications based on a set of defined criteria
  • Identify creator skill level for further matching and price estimation purposes
  • Enrich the approved creator profiles with important qualitative information that could be used for more targeted matching recommendations
  • Together with the matching team - define quantitative and qualitative requirements creators should have to join the platform.
  • Continuously improve processes in the area - provide feedback to the product about signup process (simplicity, data collection requirements, etc.)
