Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director, this Senior Manager will be the primary media lead, responsible for identifying which media platforms are best to advertise specific messages and selecting the best overall media mix for our campaigns. Works with media/social/advertising platforms, as well as our external agencies. Partner with Chase and United media teams to strategize media influencer relations and spokespersons related to Out of Home (OOH) media. Will collaborate with the United Brand team, as they lead the relationship between Chase and United for our card portfolio. This individual will also handle Product and Benefits development, which will require research and analysis to be conducted to ensure our products remain competitive.

· Develop and implement media plans with Chase that represent a media mix that optimizes advertising and social media campaigns according to geography, frequency, time spans, messaging and more.

· Partner with United Brand teams and Chase to ensure campaigns and card branding elements maintain a close relationship with United.

· Collaborate with Chase and United research teams to ensure products and benefits remain relevant and work with finance, IT, and data analytics teams to prioritize product enhancements.

· Work closely with Co-Brand leadership to develop new product offerings that meet the ongoing competitive environment changes.

This position works a hybrid schedule, which is a blend of onsite and WFH days. This role will be required to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

· Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience

· 5+ years’ experience within Product, Media, and/or Public Relations

· 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory role or leading project teams

· Ability to work with deadlines and handle complex matrixed projects

· Able to actively communicate results and recommendations to leadership

· Knowledge of loyalty and/or marketing

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

· Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

· Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

· Master's degree (Marketing, Business, Finance, Accounting)

· 7+ years’ experience within Product, Media, and/or Public Relations

· 7+ years’ experience in a supervisory role or leading project teams
