Fabletics is currently looking for a Director of Influencer.
How Do You Fit In?
Fabletics is looking for a Director, of Influencer to join our Growth team to manage the brand’s multi-tier influencer program that includes an expansive network of micro & macro influencers and content creators. As a part of the team, you will build the strategy and secure partnerships that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement and acquisition. In addition, this role will work cross functionally with social, marketing & creative teams to create synergistic campaigns that align with brand goals. The right candidate must be hyper organized, manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time, be solution-oriented and have experience working in an ever-changing start-up environment. This role is critical to expand customer acquisition and brand marketing partnership opportunities.
This position will report to the Chief Growth Officer.
What You Will Do
- Identify and build win-win, strategic relationships with social influencers, brand partners; both paid and earned activity
- Negotiate and manage revenue generating, customer acquisition-oriented influencer partnerships
- Manage a team of 4+ to execute a multi-tiered influencer program while aggressively scaling the program and leveraging this vast network to amplify key marketing stories
- Facilitate the negotiation of deal terms with partners, and get buy-in on project plans from the appropriate team leaders here at TechStyle
- Strategically evolve influencer program to align with brand goals and growth initiatives
- Responsible for weekly & monthly reporting to track program KPIs and ensure we’re reaching our goals and making real-time updates to partnerships to exceed goals
- Manage day-to-day influencer partnerships including email communication, content approvals & asset distribution
- Collaborate extensively with internal counterparts in the creative, design, marketing social and acquisition teams
- Support in the planning and executing of compelling influencer campaigns & events
- Keep a pulse of ever-changing social landscape and identify new channels and partnership opportunities to leverage
What You Can Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; Business or Marketing/Communications preferred
- 8+ years of experience working in social and influencer marketing and brand partnerships
- 3+ years of experience in managing two or more direct reports
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with all level team members
- Proven ability to spearhead projects, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
- Proven ability to think creatively and strategically while handling complex issues in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- An analytical mind and born negotiator with strong communication skills
- Ability to interpret legal documents and work with legal on contract language
- Smarts, humility, and equal willingness to learn and teach
- Self-starter who’s willing to take initiative and seek out new opportunities
- Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape
- Enthusiastic team player with the flexibility to re-prioritize, multi-task and switch tasks fluidly
- Interest in the fitness, wellness and health industries preferred
- Proficient abilities in creating plans and documents using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

The annual base salary range for this position is from $150,000-$165,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
