Reports to Marketing Manager - Partnerships and Influencers

Overview

Primal Kitchen’s marketing coordinator is an integral part of the Marketing Team. Our marketing coordinator is a detail oriented, flexible team player that is adaptable to business needs and supports the fast moving Primal Kitchen marketing team, with a focus on influencer marketing and partnership management! Our marketing coordinator develops and builds relationships with influencers and partners and also provides analytical and tactical support.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of Influencer Marketing experience in a position within marketing or a related field
  • Company’s product knowledge
  • Shopify back-end user
  • Ability to multi-task at a fast and efficient pace
  • Experience using MS Office and Google G-Suite required
  • Experience with contract negotiation a plus
  • Experience with Captiv8 a plus


Tasks / Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

  • Analyze inbound influencer requests for partnership, elevate requests to managers if partnership opportunity is a brand fit.
  • Evaluate inbound influencer requests for partnership, identify key brand growth opportunities and engage in contract negotiations for potential partnerships.
  • Coordinate shipments in Basecamp for influencer mailers, partners, giveaway winners on social media.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with influencers through seeding programs and regular communications
  • Create and manage Influencer Campaign Briefs
  • Review and provide feedback for all Influencer content
  • Generate influencer monthly reports
  • Influencer event prep and coordination


Marketing Sampling Coordinator

  • Coordinate shipment requests in Basecamp for all sampling opportunities including event donations, Public relations and sample requests.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Develop ideas and recruit new influencers in targeted audiences
  • Coordinating ongoing packages for influencers and leads
  • Evaluate inbound event requests for Primal Kitchen sponsorship opportunities, elevate requests to managers if partnership opportunity is a brand fit.
  • Coordinating shipment requests in Basecamp for event requests, PR shipments and any other marketing shipping requests as needed.
  • Work directly with the warehouse and operations teams to provide updates on Influencer mailings and marketing logistics.
  • Maintain Shopify Influencer Store to maintain up-to-date contact database


Perform other duties upon request.

Some travel will be required.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
