The Network Senior Manager will be a key leader contributing to one of T-Mobile’s top priorities This senior manager will manage a team to improve perception of the T-Mobile network and increase consideration among the target population. This leader and their team will work with cross-functional partners to design and implement a deploy network plan that tells our target customers how T-Mobile has built the network to meet their needs. Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive influence will be key skills. Requires servant leadership approach and ability to help teams navigate through ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Manages, recruits, and develops top tier talent to continually grow network perception across target market
- Develop the plan that will bring our customer driven network build strategy to live
- Responsible for developing the overall Network value prop that will inspire change in consideration towards T-Mobile and working cross functionally with creative, media, sales, network and distribution to execute
- Responsible for development of WOM marketing strategy and operating plan and execution across all key network priority local markets
- Responsible to developing a prioritize market opportunity list that clusters the markets based on market condition and developing a playbook to execute across each cluster
- Works cross functionally to develop local Network sponsorship strategy across entertainment and sports
- Drives plan and execution of network influencer strategy and PR to scale
- Accountable for successful management of all Network programs. Nagivate cross functional partnership with all key partners like Engineering, PR, TFB etc
Qualifications
- 10+ years marketing experience; experience managing teams
- Consummate marketer skilled in traditional marketing practices and brand storytelling; able to blend business performance and customer insights to inspire compelling marketing campaigns
- Proven team leader in delivering marketing strategies, integrated marketing plans and briefs across creative, media and go-to-market functions
- Expertise in marketing channels, executional and production realities and impacts
- Demonstrated success leading teams on ambiguous and daring initiatives subject to quarterly SLT assessment
- Communications are articulate and effective with T-Mobile executives
- Wireless business insight across multiple T-Mobile lines of business
- Familiarity with T-Mobile databases and reporting systems
- Segment or local marketing experience preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Washington Pay Range : $146,200.00 - $197,800.00
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
