Primary Job Functions
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Implement social media campaigns and events that align with marketing goals and strategies.
- Serves as a resource and assists with marketing strategy planning as well as input into marketing and operational projects related to social media.
- Create, write and edit photo and video content for social media.
- Oversees Commerce Casino social media handles and responsible for posting and replying to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Act as the voice of our brand and manage all community communications, messaging, image and video content for all company social media accounts according to brand standards.
- Facilitate and monitor all social networking conversations. Report on feedback and online reviews. Ensure responses are addressed within a timely manner.
- Coordinate influencer relationships to elevate brand, increase company awareness and visitation.
- Track and report on campaign performance.
- Establishes an effective working relationship with all operating departments.
- Represents company at on and offsite public gatherings and/or community events to boost brand awareness.
- Understands and follows departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by Director of Guest Experience.

Education And/Or Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Business or related field.
- One (1) to Two (2) years’ experience in a major Casino Gaming or Resort environment with work experience is preferred, but not required.
Other Requirements
- Must have strong leadership, organizational, communication, human relations, and decision-making skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) on Mac operating system.
- Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Exceptional service attitude and superior people skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in tackling challenges.
- High level of professionalism.
- Ability to work calmly in difficult, high-pressure and high-stress situations.
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required.
- Must have a Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position.
