Project Manager, Influencer Marketing - Hybrid

Compensation: $77,150 to $137,650 Annually

As the Project Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will help oversee project management tasks related to end-to-end influencer campaign development and program management. In this unique role within the Influencer Team, you’ll help guide teams on executional mandatories, proactively anticipate and manage issues with recommended solutions, document and communicate project deadlines to hold others accountable, and ensure teams complete influencer projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail, embrace cross-functional collaboration, and demonstrate their flexibility for innovation.

This role is Hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at Best Buy's corporate location in Richfield, MN and some days virtually form home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you’ll do

  • Create, develop and track all influencer project timing and deliverables to internal and external partners
  • Manage the storage and delivery of all final influencer assets, leading distribution to corresponding paid, social and eComm teams
  • Facilitate all product procurement, shipping, delivery and/or install to external influencer and creator partners
  • Own the development of all process flows and project status documents, proactively and regularly communicating risks and dependencies to stakeholders
  • Lead meeting coordination, agenda topics and meeting recaps with internal and external stakeholders

Basic qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in a progressive marketing or related role
  • 4+ years of experience in project management and/or program management
  • 6+ years of experience in a corporate and/or retail and/or agency role

Preferred qualifications

  • 4-Year Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, operations, or a related field
  • Familiarity with project management software
  • Experience with marketing and creative project management tasks and tools
  • Prior experience working directly with Influencer Marketing or Social Media channels and programs (Influencer/Celebrity/Strategic Partnerships, UGC, Social Media Programs)
