This Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated specialist to join our performance marketing team. This role is perfect for a deadline-oriented individual, who has a keen eye for detail and is experienced in prospecting, contracting, and managing creator/influencer relationships, including UGC, Partnership Ads, Ad account takeovers, and more. The successful candidate will be instrumental in scaling our partnerships channel and creating program efficiencies to meet and exceed team goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Develop Creator Pipeline: Build and maintain a dynamic pipeline of creators for paid social and growth marketing initiatives, including prospecting new talent and nurturing existing relationships.

  • Campaign and Content Collaboration: Launch and manage impactful social campaigns monthly with creators and thought leaders. Coordinate content promotion strategies directly with creators, enhancing brand visibility and audience engagement.

  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage long-term, hybrid contract structures with creators, ensuring beneficial terms for both parties. Coordinate with legal and executive teams for agreement finalization.

  • Brand Ambassador Program: Establish and grow a brand ambassador program, identifying and engaging with Bark’s power users and influential community members to act as brand evangelists.

  • Efficiency and Scaling: Utilize and implement innovative tools, platforms, and processes to scale prospecting efforts and streamline content management efficiently.

  • Project Coordination and Budget Management: Oversee and manage influencer project boards, ensuring budget adherence and performance metrics are reported monthly. Coordinate cross-departmentally for seamless execution and support of creator campaigns.

  • Quality Control and Relationship Management: Review and approve all campaign invoices, ensuring deliverables meet set standards. Maintain strong, productive relationships with creators and SMEs, holding them accountable to project timelines while fostering ongoing collaboration.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years full-time experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a performance marketing team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with creators, including successful contract negotiations.
  • Experience in managing and scaling creator partnerships with a focus on performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
