What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is seeking a Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager to lead our client's brands' online presence. Your role involves developing strategies, managing the eCommerce platform, and boosting online sales. We require strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, and digital marketing expertise. Your responsibilities encompass social media management, traffic generation, and enhancing conversion rates. To bring creativity, analytics, and collaboration to the table. You'll primarily focus on marketing, advertising, and operational aspects of the business.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

  • Develop strategic plans for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
  • Manage social media presence to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Develop and analyze metrics to track digital content and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators for compelling content.
  • Stay current with emerging digital marketing best practices and trends.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and planning for digital campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, tracking key metrics and reporting results against goals.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives for online sales growth.
  • Manage, maintain, and update the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly online shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify improvement opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Utilize industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize the e-commerce website's performance.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, SEO, and affiliate/influencer marketing, to drive traffic and increase conversions.
  • Analyze data, including web analytics and customer insights, to identify areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Develop strong relationships with key partners, including suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members.
  • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce platform performance, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage in additional assignments or projects as necessary to support the broader business goals.

About You

Core qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years e-commerce marketing and management experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate/influencer marketing.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in working with Amazon Seller Central and its tools are advantageous. Knowledge of Helium 10 tools is desired, but not required.
  • Experience working with the following e-commerce platforms: Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and Etsy is preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing social media accounts (including creating, editing, and posting static and video content) across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube (including creating and optimizing campaigns).
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
