The PR & Partnerships Coordinator role will be a key player on the marketing team at Bubble supporting the Senior Associate and Director of PR & Partnerships. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced work environment with an opportunity to grow and learn within the beauty space.
This is a full time, hybrid position and candidates must be New York City located, or easily accessible to New York City for consideration. Candidates must be comfortable attending our New York offices three days a week.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Media Relations
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
- Compile and update media contact lists
- Monitor media coverage and share relevant articles within the team
- Monitor competitor coverage and share relevant information
- Track key trends and create daily reports
- Press Releases and Materials:
- Assist in drafting press releases, pitches, media alerts and any other PR-related materials
- Create and update media kits, fact sheets, and other PR materials
- Ensure consistent and accurate brand messaging
- Events and Campaign Support:
- Aid in the planning, coordination, and execution of PR events, product launches, and campaigns
- Assist with the logistics and organization of press and influencer events
- Prepare event materials and oversee event-related tasks
- Influencer Management:
- Collaborate with the Social Media and creative teams to support influencer partnerships
- Identify potential influencers and assist in outreach efforts
- Monitor and report on influencer mentions and partnerships
- Develop relationships with influencers on behalf of the brand
- Help create briefs for paid influencer partnerships
- Maintain all influencer tracking databases and management tools
- Leverage and analyze Tribe Dynamics
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage and organize PR department files, documents, and archives.
- Track and manage all send outs across PR and influencers
- Track all press placements and ensure consistent coverage updates from agencies
Expectations & Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience working as an account coordinator at an agency or-in house or with previous PR internship experience.
- Problem Solving and Critical thinking skills required.
- Ability to work in a face-pace environment with aggressive project timelines.
- Able to pivot quickly should unexpected issues or situations arise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Always strives for excellence in execution.
- Highly organized and able to handle several projects at any given time.
- Strong computer skills. Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Suite, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- General knowledge and interest in the beauty / consumer industry; understands the media landscape, influencer marketing, social media, and trends.
- Knowledge of Cision, MuckRack, Tribe and/or Launchmetrics is a plus.
Pay Rate:
- $25-$30/hr
