Here's what you'll be doing:

We are currently seeking a Product Seeding and Gifting Specialist to oversee our complete product seeding and gifting operations across various luxury and beauty campaigns. This role involves leading the design and sourcing of products, managing warehousing logistics, and supervising the curation and oversight of creators. Responsibilities extend to integrating products, setting up platforms, crafting messaging for creators, and handling tracking, reporting, and troubleshooting.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Taking ownership of our company's influencer product seeding efforts.
  • Develop and execute creator strategies tailored to each seeding initiative, refining existing success metrics, and introducing new ones.
  • Provide support in training across various aspects, including campaign planning, audience reporting, research tools utilization, and enhancing writing and presentation skills.
  • Act as a liaison between the influencer product seeding team and other critical internal departments (account management, research/analytics, operations) to ensure that client requirements are met.
  • Strategically identify and engage talent and influencers for seeding initiatives to maximize ROI and achieve brand/client KPIs.
  • Manage the talent vetting process to ensure alignment with overall brand safety and specific campaign criteria.
  • Leverage data and insights to effectively present recommended talent to clients.
  • Oversee the influencer "casting," negotiation, contracting, and content management for various brand seeding campaigns.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both offline and online spaces, with a strong understanding of the brand-media-consumer relationship.
  • Stay well-versed in the influencer marketing space or showing a strong interest in the industry.
  • Possess a working knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools.
  • Display strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to schedules and timelines while maintaining accurate records.
  • Embrace collaboration and feedback, with comfort in both independent and cross-functional team work

Here's what we'd like to see:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience that includes direct experience executing influencer product seeding and gifting campaigns.
  • Strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience managing and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive network of industry contacts including Influencers, managers, agents, etc.
  • Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube).
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the social realm.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
