Lifeway Marketing is growing and seeking a Manager, Social & Digital Media | Remote who will lead Lifeway’s omnichannel efforts around paid media and organic social strategic planning. They will assist in establishing the vision, objectives, strategies, and annual plans within each channel. This manager will also have budget responsibility over all paid media efforts and oversee a team of channel managers and strategists.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and executes a comprehensive paid and organic channel strategy
  • Maintains laser focus on creating a holistic campaign experience that increasies revenue, generates leads and achieves low CPAs/ROAS
  • Manages agency to ensure proper execution of paid media campaigns
  • Defines digital marketing channel success metrics throughout the funnel
  • Develops and manages high-quality reporting
  • Communicates performance and insights that show progress toward programs KPI’s and recommendations for improvements
  • Manages the Social & Digital media team overseeing their day-to-day responsibilites and growing them as individuals
  • Work with the brand and ministry teams on creative, messaging and priorities
  • Occassional travel, sometimes overnight

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors in business, Marketing or similar course of study, required

MBA, preferred

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience - Required

  • Live out Lifeway’s mission and values , showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
  • 5+ years of expertise managing various paid and organic omnichannel campaigns. 
  • Active, hands-on experience building campaigns directly in Google and Meta, required. 
  • Highly skilled in SA 360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other biddable media platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital applications / platforms (e.g. mobile, web, tablet, digital and social)
  • Knowledge of current and future trends in digital marketing and communications platforms and applications
  • Knowledge of digital and social media analytics (e.g. web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Urchin)
  • Knowledge of budgetary management, metrics and reporting
  • Knowledge of content management and ecommerce systems
  • Strong understanding of search engine technology, strategies and tactics, including enterprise search engine optimization, local search, and mobile search optimization
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; has leveraged data to drive decisions and turned results into actionable learnings.
