About The Job
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving, inspiring, and influencing digital sales & marketing across the Ibero-America region. This role offers a unique opportunity for a big thinker who also relishes in staying close to the details as they develop strategic initiatives and digital marketing plans across our 12 markets. The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing and be part of a diverse, passionate, high functioning team.
The Day-to-Day
- Drive digital sales and customer experience for Ibero-America Region
- Acquisition: Digital Media plans including paid search, paid social, YouTube.
- Conversion: CRO, Menu optimization
- Retention: Loyalty, CRM and other MarTech elements
- Partner with IBAC Technology Director, Global Digital Director and franchisees to align and execute the digital roadmap for each market and deploy digital business layers including, but not limited to, online ordering, loyalty, kiosks, etc.
- Partner with regional delivery aggregators to develop marketing strategies, identify market-specific opportunities and execute targeted plans to drive digital sales.
- Develop and execute omnichannel digital marketing strategies by implementing initiatives for:
- Assess and measure the effectiveness of digital advertising tactics including awareness, engagement, and conversion thru digital analytics and attributions models & tools.
- Develop strategies and guidance in operating Customer Data Platforms and their interaction with CRMs and Loyalty engines
- Lead regional digital marketing strategy to push the brand forward via breakthrough content and relevant online programs
- Actively coach and build capability of franchise digital marketing leaders with execution of campaigns including social media channel, community management, content creation, partnerships, influencer outreach initiatives, media buying guidance, etc.
- Partner with IBAC Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency across communication strategy, traditional marketing programs and digital marketing initiatives
Is This You?
- Impactful and articulate communicator with ability to conduct business (read, write and present) in fluent Spanish and English. Familiarity with Latin American culture preferred.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, passionate brand builder and relationship- focused leader with proven track record of inspiring and influencing cross-functional partners, internal and external stakeholders to deliver results and foster collaboration and alignment.
- BA/BS degree in business, marketing, digital, advertising, or related field and 5+ years’ digital marketing experience in QSR/restaurant industry, CPG or marketing/advertising agency – international experience highly recommended, experience in Latin America a plus
- Experience successfully launching and/or building digital sales layers and driving significant digital sales growth
- Proven ability to leverage digital marketing tools (Google platforms, etc.) to develop and evaluate digital marketing strategies
- Track record of wins delivered in all facets of modern performance marketing (particularly digital, mobile and CRM) with an emphasis on sales-driving initiatives

Salary Range: $130,500 to $161,280 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
