We are looking for a Food and Beverage Social Content Creator to join the team and helps us grow!

This position requires experience in Marketing, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, and Hospitality fields.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate experience successfully directing the technical and delivery portions of multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will be a driven critical thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills, project planning abilities, a team-oriented nature and the ability to adapt and respond well to change.

As the Social Content Creator, you will be a key driver in shaping and executing marketing strategies for our Food, Beverage, and Entertainment offerings. focused on those three key facets, this role demands a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer trends, a passion for creating unique experiences, and a proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns. You will collaborate across multiple departments to elevate our brand, drive foot traffic, and deliver memorable moments to our customers.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development and Positioning: Drive brand development, initiatives, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image across all channels. Build and execute Social Media Strategy for all 5 locations (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Beverage and Entertainment Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans with a strong emphasis on promoting our beverage offerings and entertainment events. Collaborate with the beverage team to curate compelling and innovative beverage programs that align with the marketing trends and customer preference. Lead the creation of marketing campaigns that enhance the visibility of our beverage options and entertainment events.
  • Event Promotion and Management: Lead the marketing efforts for special events, product launches, and entertainment performances. Collaborate with the events team to create integrated marketing campaigns that maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the beverage and entertainment teams to align marketing strategies with product and service offerings. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives within our venues. Provide marketing insights to guide product development and enhance customer experiences.
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media: Oversee the digital marketing strategy, ensuring a strong online presence that highlights our beverage and food offerings along with entertainment events. Develop engaging content for social media platforms, driving customer engagement and promoting viral marketing opportunities.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to assess marketing campaign effectiveness and make strategic adjustments. Provide regular reports to executive team, demonstrating the impact of marketing initiatives on business performance.


General Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field OR a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a social media coordinator, preferably within the food & beverage or entertainment industry.
  • In-Depth knowledge of beverage trends, entertainment marketing, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for creating outstanding customer experiences through marketing initiatives.
