About The Role
CaaStle is adding a new Paid Marketing Manager to drive execution of key programs on the Marketing Team. This role reports to the Associate Director of Paid Marketing and primary responsibilities will center around day-to-day execution and strategy of Paid Search (SEM). This role will also have exposure to Paid Social, Influencer and Affiliate Marketing.

What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of paid search for owned & operated brands including: ad campaign execution, strategy, reporting, budget management and content ideation.
- Provide strategic guidance for clients’ paid marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze paid performance metrics for insights that can inform future strategy. Effectively identify and articulate key learnings for primary stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to scale and drive effectiveness of paid marketing performance through continuous testing and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to improve performance across channels.
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines as needed.
- Leverage consumer research and analytical models to understand the customer and craft appropriate messaging to reach program goals.
- Work with the Associate Director in designing workflows and processes to build a scalable system of managing paid media programs.
- Keep up to date with the latest in digital marketing trends to evolve our paid media offering including expansion of affiliate, programmatic display and video marketing.
We'd Love For You To Have
- Three to five plus years of experience in Paid Search, ideally in an agency environment.
- BA/BS degree required. Marketing, Business, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics Google Sheets and Excel required.
- Experience with Paid Social (Facebook, TikTok), Affiliate or Influencer marketing
- Successful track record developing digital marketing plans including execution, measurement and delivery to drive engagement and conversion
- A passion for optimizing the funnel: diving deep into data analysis and identifying ways to increase conversion at every stage of the customer journey.
- Experience executing and analyzing A/B or multivariate tests.
- Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to form cross-functional relationships and be a team player.
- Exceptional skill with data analysis and data manipulation.
Pay Range
$80,000 - $90,000. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
