Senior Marketing Manager, Social Media

What Will You Do?
- Develop and execute a social strategy that encompasses paid and organic channels, aligns with the company's strategic goals, and maximizes ROI.
- Manage social media campaigns across various platforms and ad manager tools, fine-tuning strategies for optimal performance.
- Foster relationships with influencers and oversee influencer strategy, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing & Brand teams to guide the social content strategy and creation process, ensuring content resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
- Monitor competitive landscape and stay abreast of industry trends to innovate and improve our social media initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of social media professionals, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Work with cross-functional teams such as Product, Media, Brand, Promotions and Customer Service to ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources in social media expenditures.
- Evaluate and report on campaign performance with a focus on analytics, ROI, and KPIs.
- Provide thought leadership and champion the latest tools, techniques, and platforms in social media marketing.
What Do You Need?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience, Required
- 7 years of experience in Social Media or Marketing, Required
- Management experience Required.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Document management system
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Maintain confidentiality.
