About The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our growing Brand Marketing team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will report directly to the Brand Marketing Manager and be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase traffic and sales. You will oversee content ideas and implementation that support brand storytelling, product campaigns & releases, Ambassadors & Influencers partnerships, Retail, Partnerships, Events and more. The ideal candidate comes with strong social media experience across all major organic social channels, a proven track record in creating and implementing innovative campaigns and a proven track record in driving results.

What you’ll do:

  • In partnership with the Brand Marketing Manager, manage and execute on a social media strategy for Rhone’s organic social media platforms.
  • Maintain and grow new and existing social audiences, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, with an understanding of Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.
  • Have a strong understanding of KPI’s and defining them specifically for social media
  • Curate and manage social media content in line with each platform’s best practices and audience trends, while maintaining the brand voice and ethos
  • Collaborating with product, creative, copy, influencer and ambassador leads to plan and design attractive and informative social media marketing campaigns that support overarching brand and product goals
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing on their paid programs to execute cohesive social campaigns
  • Engage with social community by way of comments and DMs, encouraging brand loyalty through authentic interactions with consumers/followers
  • Tracking customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
  • Tracking the performance of social media marketing campaigns with analytics and develop ways to optimize
  • Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities
  • Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media
  • Monitor competitor activity and responding to any activity that could harm the brand’s reputation or cause confusion among customers

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of direct experience managing social media accounts
  • A keen knowledge of cutting edge and emerging digital and social trends
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and how to uniquely market across each of them with custom strategies and content plays
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt to changes in priorities and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently yet collaboratively
