We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to work on the Native GTM Team. This team is accountable for all go-to-market activities and driving rapid growth across marketing, media, creator/influencer, and distribution channels to name a few.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution for Native’s Media, Creator, and website ratings and reviews programs. This role will support marketing campaigns, product launches, reporting, and budget tracking.
You are a hardworking marketer with strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail. You have a problem-solving approach with a strong personal aim to achieve. You are eager to learn and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and love the challenge of taking on something new.
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead creator project brief requests and timelines for timely delivery of content.
- Lead creator program logistics, including crafting coupon codes and links and product sampling.
- Support content database organization to ensure accurate usage rights tracking and tagging for agency needs.
- Support reporting needs and share findings across the team.
- Lead website ratings and reviews reporting and analysis, identifying data-based trends and qualitative insights, and share findings across the team.
- Lead end-to-end purchase order process and supervise actual vs planned budget across various internal trackers.
- Sharpen core marketing skills to write spectacular project/creative briefs, review and provide feedback on marketing content, and develop deeper analytical skills.
- Build proficiency in media platforms, campaign set up, A/B testing, reporting and analysis.
Job Qualifications
We Are Looking For People Who:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience
- Excellent project management and organization skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Confirmed ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and authoritatively make decisions.
- Strong time-management skills for prioritizing numerous time-sensitive projects and tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excel whiz.
- Previous experience preferred with Google Analytics, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Impactful teammate with a positive attitude. We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, proactive, eager to learn.
Starting Pay/Salary Range: $85,200 - $106,500 yearly
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
