We are looking for a Senior Social Commerce Strategist to join our Enterprise and Global Accounts team.
Our Social Commerce Strategists are helping shape how the world’s largest brands and retailers leverage social content to inspire customers at all points throughout the customer journey to increase brand awareness and revenue. They are deeply curious about how our products and services work best to serve our clients and know the key advantages that make Bazaarvoice the ideal partner. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with some of the largest brands on the IR500 and serve as a trusted advisor to both our clients and internal teams on the fast paced and ever evolving creator economy and social commerce space.
What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients to maximize their ROI using Bazaarvoice solutions and positively impact their business objectives
- Advise on strategies for generating the right content from the right communities and maximizing the value of that content by leveraging it across various marketing, merchandising, customer engagement, and product development initiatives
- Demonstrate the value of the Bazaarvoice partnership to client executives and other key stakeholders with key metrics, reporting and program success
- Build and expand key relationships across client accounts within your portfolio and identify potential upsell opportunities
- Execute high-value activities and manage client lifecycle across a significant portfolio using productivity tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc).
- Manage client health by identifying, documenting and working with multiple internal teams to mitigate risk and increase client satisfaction
- Partner with Bazaarvoice Sales and Client Success teams in renewing commercial agreements, account planning and growing the accounts within your portfolio
- Observe and track trends across portfolio analytics to recommend best practices
- Develop a deep understanding of Bazaarvoice Social Commerce and Creator programs and the role user generated content (UGC) plays in eCommerce
- Provide client feedback to product, marketing and services
- Act as a liaison between your client(s) and the broader business to ensure successful program outcomes
Who You Are

- Positive, self-starter attitude with a knack for creative problem solving
- Attention to detail, exceptional communication skills (oral and written) and focus on quality of work
- Fire in the belly – we hire people who bring passion to their work and their team
- Experience in Marketing, Social Media, eCommerce or Change Management a plus
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of work experience in an account management, client success or social media management role managing Fortune 1000 clients and large House of Brand clients
