Boulo is recruiting for an experienced and e-commerce savvy Director of Marketing in CST or EST time zones to join our client, an extremely rapidly growing home decor company.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Flexibility: Fully Remote residing in Central or Eastern Standard Time Zones

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000

Are you a dynamic marketing leader seeking a new challenge? Our client is actively seeking a seasoned Director of Marketing to join their expanding remote team. In this key role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape brand trajectory, craft innovative strategies, lead a talented marketing team, and cultivate impactful relationships with the media and clients. This position will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for leading their full Marketing department. Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing:

  • Elevate existing branding and marketing strategies through insightful analysis and enhancements.
  • Lead and build a robust marketing team covering influencer marketing, SEO, paid advertising, brand marketing, short-form content, and social media.
  • Develop and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Conduct thorough market research and implement strategic shifts based on findings.
  • Stay at the forefront of marketing trends, consistently adapting to the fast-paced landscape.
  • Set and drive daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, implementing incentives for achievement.
  • Supervise marketing events and launches, leveraging these opportunities for networking.
  • Play a key role in the selection, training, and onboarding of new Marketing Department members.

Requirements of the Director of Marketing:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven high-level marketing experience in DTC brands exceeding $50 million in size.
  • Expertise in Facebook, TikTok, and Google paid advertising, or adept at managing agencies.
  • Demonstrated success in growing social media following, especially on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Previous experience in building and expanding influencer affiliate programs.
  • Versatility in both brand marketing and paid/direct response strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing tools, and related software.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly observant and analytical.
