Position Overview

Are you a dynamic, creative, and passionate Social Media Specialist ready to drive engagement and awareness for a revolutionary approach to healthcare? Strive Pharmacy is looking for an experienced individual to join our team in Gilbert, AZ, to amplify our voice and presence on various digital platforms. In this role, you will be a creative voice behind social media posts and community engagement across multiple platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Leverage content and creative for posts across social channels.
• Engage in communities and groups to get engaged in conversation and make meaningful connections.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users to create brand loyalty, drive awareness, and positively impact sales and revenue.
• Stay current with social media trends and tools – be hungry to learn and rapidly adjust as you do.
• Continue to refine and define our social marketing process.
• Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
• Leverage influencer marketing by finding and making meaningful connections with key influencers who interact with our target audiences.
• Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns, analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.

• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
• Ability to grasp current and future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
• Strategic thinker on how we can do things better—or completely different—than anyone else in the industry.

Salary Range

$50,000 - $60,000 USD

Annual Salary

$50,000—$60,000 USD
