The MFG team is made up of best in class digital, offline, and integrated media experts who work together to enhance media’s contribution to Google’s business. The MFG team operates in an integrated way across strategy, planning, investment, creative and analytics, data and technology.
What We Make
We lead cross-channel creative and innovation experience for high profile client initiatives (i.e. branded content, integrations, social, collaborations, experiential, influencer, sponsorships) for Google by architecting and producing creative activations across channels. We marry marketing objectives with high quality creative thinking to ensure the development and delivery of impactful and effective creative across Google media investment
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Ability to write out a program architecture, outlining how the audience insights, brand objectives and idea connect from a consumer perspective, inclusive of defining what, what each element is, the role of each element, and how the element comes to life in media
- Review, communicate and uphold client marketing objectives for campaign from start to finish - from developing RFPs for partners to reviewing creative with KPIs in mind to presenting campaign overviews to clients
- Serve as direct point of contact for execution of activations, including liaising directly with clients and creative agencies, leading communication and collaboration between internal and external partners, creative oversight on program elements, and on-set coverage for content creation.
- Managing and regularly updating key documentation on an ongoing basis e.g creative pitch decks, status documents, program overview decks, campaign deal points, media plan, campaign wrap reports.
- Ability to handle partner conversations, negotiations and program management with oversight from director
- Help manage budgets, timelines, assets, approvals, wrap up reports, post-mortems, etc.
- Stay connected to relevant marketplace trends and proactive points-of-views on creative, culture and campaign work.
- Help manage pre-production process, deliverables and advocate for clients on production shoot
- Ability to confidently communicate campaign updates and direction to internal teams, including Planning, Activation, Strategy and Analytics, to ensure holistic campaign planning.
- Read, review and analyze a cross platform media plan alongside planning and investment leads.
- Oversee junior team members day-to-day responsibilities, while providing strategic oversight and coaching.
A Bit About Yourself
- 8+ years professional experience with a diverse background in media, marketing, advertising, agencies, publisher, production, creative, or the arts
- Ambitious, optimistic, and never settling
- Familiarity with being on set for commercial and content production shoots
- Ability to pivot and adjust to a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Ability to review and finalize every campaign detail from initiation to completion
- Passion for presenting and pitching new ideas
- Pop culture maven, obsessed with current trends and what's next
- Storyteller that can transform data driven insights into creative ideas and campaigns
- Adept at giving effective feedback and direct communication
- Will have basic understanding of media landscape and how media is bought and negotiated

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $90,000 to $115,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
