We are seeking someone with a passion for innovation and technology, who possesses experience with mechanical manufacturing and electromechanical design.
Responsibilities:
- Public Flights - Produce a series of monthly creative flight events (e.g. Helix Barnstorming Tour), capturing brand stories and uniquely showcasing customers, aircraft, and the experienceManage end-to-end regional event production: logistics, equipment, content capture, local partnershipsDevelop modular event toolkit enabling effective reuse, continuous optimizationActivate at external conferences/industry hotspots with targeted one-to-many promotionsCurate enthusiastic audiences from existing customers to prospectsReserve aircraft assets, coordinate with Flight Ops teamTrack event participation, media impressions, sales influence
- Pilot Forum - Design online community platform stimulating organic dialog and engagementModerate daily vibrant forum interactions, flagging insights for leadershipArchitect tiered membership model with status rewards to incentivize contributionsIdentify and capitalize on synergies between forums and Support channelsDevelop specialized access for pre-order customers to provide early exposure

- Digital Marketing Tools - Develop and maintain HubSpot literacy to drive social and campaign programsBe an active proponent of the Canto databaseUse Jira to manage projects, deliverables, and schedulesBasic Adobe Creative Suite skills to prepare simple content for distribution
- Additional Responsibilities - Help refine marketing strategy — brand foundation, targeting, personas, customer journeyProvide input to the website design and conduct user testingOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ten plus years of community-led programming in emerging technology companies
- Well-connected to technology executives and industry influencers
- Experience with organizing events
- Digital marketing experience
- Solid understanding of owned, earned, and paid marketing channels
- Engagement with social media at a personal level
- Creative talent for storytelling
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree and coursework in relevant disciplines
Bonus Qualifications:
- Photography and videography skills
- Experience with photo and video editing software
- Drone pilot Part 107 certification
