We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sr. Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of social media marketing and influencer activation. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

• Develop strategies and tactics to support the exponential growth of our social presence across multiple platforms, fostering high engagement rates in addition to increased reach, engagement, and follower counts.
• Own the content calendar across all brand social media channels and collaborate with the Corporate Communications team on corporate channels ensuring a consistent brand voice and audience relevancy; responsible for content/storytelling ideation and collaboration with the creative team to execute.
• Work collaboratively with PR and Media agencies and creative team to amplify our media hits across all channels and repurpose content to drive awareness, consideration, and trial.
• Manage our community, cultivate conversations, and respond to those who interact with our content.
• Own the ideation, implementation, and engagement with influencers, both professional (injectors) and consumers; look for ways to maximize exposure across programs (i.e. conferences, events, etc.).
• Develop briefing books and manage relationships with influencers to ensure influencer sponsored content is on message and compliant with legal, regulatory, and medical guidelines.
• Ensure timely submissions of all proposed content to internal Promotional Review Board to avoid expedited review.
• Work directly with Evolux social platform provider to incorporate up-to-date assets for customers, monthly calendar suggestions, and testing prior to go-live.
• Responsible for monitoring and optimizing the posting schedule, incorporating best practices; utilize content platform to schedule posts and download analytics.
• Create a roadmap for future social platform rollouts that support omnichannel plans for customers and consumers/patients.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years owning social media for a consumer facing brand including at least 1 year of influencer specific social marketing.
• Bring a deep understanding of social media, adapting to the ever-changing landscape and staying on top of trends.
• Demonstrate an ability to handle crisis communications, specifically negative feedback through social channels.
• Understand the limitations of marketing a black box product (Injectable experience preferred)
• Previous PR experience preferred (agency or in-house)
• Marketing or Communications degree preferred.

Compensation & Total Rewards:

The pay range for this position is $142,700 to $185,560.Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
