What we're looking for in an Influencer and Social Media Marketing Manager:
The Influencer and Social Media Marketing Manager is an integral part of our Consumer Marketing team and will drive weBoost partnership efforts, and manage organic social media.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and enhancing weBoost brand visibility. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing, launching, and promoting innovative projects, custom offers, and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. You'll be instrumental in identifying relevant influencers for key markets, executing campaigns to forge new relationships, and maximizing engagement with existing influencers to meet campaign KPIs.
You will manage organic social channels, with an emphasis on building our brand community across owned and earned channels. You'll develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others. Outdoor recreation consumers (specifically Overland, RV, and Van Life) will be the primary focus of most influencers and posts. Your role involves creating a comprehensive content calendar that effectively caters to affiliates, influencers, and consumer channels. Collaborating with internal teams, you will contribute to content creation for product and company promotions. Additionally, you will manage and oversee affiliates while managing paid, hybrid, and commission-based campaigns in our influencer program.
You will contribute to the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards, enabling the tracking, optimization, and reporting of partnerships and campaigns. Your ability to stay informed about new online opportunities, betas, and potential publishers will be crucial in adapting strategies to evolving trends and maximizing our online presence.

This position is based in our Cottonwood Heights, UT corporate office. After initial training, you will enjoy a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days from home per week.
This position has a competitive salary between $85,000 and $105,000 a year depending on experience plus a profit-sharing bonus every 6 months. You will enjoy a total rewards benefits and compensation package including a generous 3 weeks of Paid Time Off package starting on day one, 2 weeks of paid holidays, matching 401k, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, employer-paid disability and life insurance, and telemedicine.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Located in the greater Salt Lake City metro area or willing to relocate. 100% remote work is not available for this position.
- Two years of hands-on experience managing affiliate and influencer platforms.
- Two years or more of experience in overseeing influencers and creators, either in an organic or paid capacity.
- Previous experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or Business-to-Consumer (B2C) within an eCommerce or retail setting is a bonus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent education with practical experience.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Experience with Impact platform is a plus.
- Strong understanding of DTC marketing strategies, tactics, and a track record of data-driven, ROAS or CPA focused advertising.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders, including C-Suite professionals and Macro Influencers.
