Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000 Annually

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Communication Coordinator to spearhead our social media presence, influencer engagement, email marketing, and internal newsletters. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our social media presence and influencer partnerships, driving brand awareness/development, and handle internal and external sales communications. If you possess a keen eye for social media trends, brand development, are adept at influencer relationship management, and excel in written and digital communication, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • MANAGE SOCIAL MEDIA: Coordinate, organize, and grow Gibson's different Social Media presence, focusing on Instagram and TikTok.
  • INFUENCER MANAGEMENT: Develop and utilize influencers to amplify our content across brands, products, and company initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales
  • EMAIL MARKETING: Develop content and copywrite in email marketing campaigns focused on driving sales to Gibson's different Shopify sites
  • COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT AND STORYTELLING: Build a strategy to develop an engaged community around our brands online through social media, email marketing, and PR initiatives
  • INTERNAL SALES NEWSLETTER: Partner with Sales to create an internal monthly sales newsletter for informational and motivational purposes, updating the company on current sales promotions and team performance

Requirements

  • Position is based in our corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, M-F. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, e.g., Digital Marketing, Communications
  • Two years of relevant work experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing
  • Time management, able to work in a fast-paced corporate environment, meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Communications Skills, verbal and written, clear and concise, persuasive content
  • Interpersonal Skills, collaborative with team members and clients
  • Technical skills for budgeting, ROI analyses and web analytics
  • Creative technical skills including Adobe products and graphic/web design a plus
