Who We Seek
We are looking for part-time Playboy Talent Scouts to join our team! As a Playboy Talent Scout you will play an integral role in helping us build the Playboy Creator platform and recruiting the world’s top models, athletes, musicians, and influencers to monetize their likeness. Our ideal candidate is resourceful, connected, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about the Playboy Creator platform and brand values as well as creator marketing trends. You should be familiar with creator-based platforms and should have a passion for building audiences and communities online and in real life.
What You’ll Do - Job Responsibilities
- Recruit Playboy Creators for the platform.
- Develop and execute on plans to attract new successful creators through marketing, social media, and other unique campaigns and methods.
- Track your marketing efforts and analyze your results for the purpose of delivering reports on a weekly and monthly basis, featuring highlights, key learnings and recommendations, upcoming plans, and more.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Twitch, Snap, Reddit, etc) and social media best practices to improve the product, drive engagement, and attract new creators for the Playboy Creator platform.
- Share Creator feedback with product team and team leaders, helping to implement new ideas to enhance platform and user/creator experience.
What You’ll Bring - Qualifications And Skills
- Deep understanding of, or passion for, learning the Playboy Creator platform and building the careers of Creators on it.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills, and reporting abilities.
- Outstanding organization and time management skills.
- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality with the ability to act as a social chameleon, being highly approachable and relatable to different people in various settings.
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to continuously learn more about the Playboy Creator platform and the creator economy.
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership, and a high sense of responsibility, initiative, and resourcefulness.
- Ability to work evenings & weekends to maintain continuity in conversations with Creators.
- Experience with managing sales accounts or driving sales is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $20 per hour. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
