Influencer Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid

Position Summary

Suja Life is seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Influencer Marketing & PR, the Influencer Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of the influencer and affiliate programs and have an opportunity to work cross-functionally with the marketing team and Suja Life’s portfolio of brands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee influencer and media product gifting by communicating directly with the warehouse and operations teams to coordinate shipping logistics.
• Assist in compiling recap reports and decks, analyzing and leveraging data-based insights on influencer performance.
• Maintain internal influencer database hosting both new and ongoing relationships.
• Recruit, manage and activate new and ongoing influencer relationships that align with each brand personas.
• Vet inbound influencer and affiliate inquiries to ensure they meet the established criteria and make recommendations accordingly.
• Stay up to date with up-and-coming influencers, platforms, and influencer trends.
• Monitoring and capturing influencer coverage resulting from product gifting and paid partnerships.
• Work cross-functionally to successfully implement new campaigns, materials, and content for influencer marketing programs.
• Assist in writing influencer campaign briefs for paid partnerships.

Job Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing.

Knowledge:

• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience working with influencer management platforms, i.e., Klear, Impact, and Archive, is a plus.
• Experience vetting, negotiating, and securing paid influencer partnerships is a plus.

Working and Environmental Conditions

• Full-time, non-exempt status (hours are subject to change based on business needs).
• Must be based in Southern California to accommodate a hybrid work schedule, reporting in the Oceanside, San Diego HQ 2x/a month.

Physical Demands

Occasional lifting of equipment or juice boxes that may weigh up to 25 lbs.

Compensation

• $25 - $30/HR DOE
