THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the marketing and communications related to The Rock at La Cantera on a day-to-day basis. This role reports to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the marketing activities and initiatives for The Rock at La Cantera.
  • Manage social media account.
  • Conduct market research and analyze social media trends.
  • Develop campaign strategies.
  • Produce weekly reports on social media trends and analytics from previous weeks’ post.
  • Interpret customer behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain an inventory and directory of influencing and support material, ensuring its accuracy and up to date.
  • Support the creative design process for various initiatives.
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of communications.
  • Manage all content within Dropbox.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 1-2 yrs. experience including administrative support and project management.
  • Knowledge and experience with Facebook ads, Sprout social, Monday.com, Word Press, and organic ads.
  • Understanding of the San Antonio market, with influencer marketing experience.
  • Experience with website integration, content creation, and analytics.
  • Experience with photoshop, adobe, and illustration.
  • Computer skills, including a high level of MAC proficiency and various web-based software.
  • Proven ability to drive tasks to completion with a high level of urgency.
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening skills.
  • Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for varying lengths of time.
