Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Content Creator to join our team and take ownership of the organic social media presence, content creation and cross-functional communication of marketing's impact on operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive, engaging brand image across various channels while demonstrating the ability to influence team culture and collaborate seamlessly across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Organic Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality content that aligns with the brand's voice, values, and objectives.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Cross-Functional Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, IT and sales, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of brand strategies.
- Provide insights on how marketing initiatives impact day-to-day operations and work towards optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and compelling content for various channels, including social media, website, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all content.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather content requirements and deliver compelling storytelling.
- Brand Image Development and Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Develop and maintain a positive and consistent brand image across all touchpoints.
- Implement strategies to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to ensure a positive and memorable customer journey.
- Strategize and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, aligning brand messaging with exceptional service delivery.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a relevant field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in organic social media management, content creation and brand development
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to derive actionable insights.
